For this project, we were put into groups and given a business strategy idea with the objective of creating a plan of implementation for the Columbus Blue Jackets organization. Our idea revolved around increasing weekday game attendance of young adults by focusing on after-work ticket deals, with the opportunity to increase corporate partnership engagement.
